Join Allied Universal as a Screener in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor access points, screen visitors and/or deliveries, and support security-related operations with professionalism and care. This is a driving post. You will stay visible, conduct routine patrols, and provide strong customer service and communication while reflecting our values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Screen individuals, vehicles, packages, and/or shipments entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and site protocols, documenting activity and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to support orderly operations and timely communication with site leadership and/or public responders.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around screening areas, dock spaces, entry points, and the perimeter, noting hazards, unauthorized activity, and/or policy violations for follow-up.
- Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and delivery records, and directing people to the proper location.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
