Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Team Member
As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Team Member in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will bring a caring, reliable approach, work as part of a team, and act with integrity while responding to daily site needs.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, production, storage, loading, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, observe employee and visitor activity, and report maintenance, operational, and/or security-related concerns that could impact daily operations.
- Support loss prevention and incident reporting efforts by observing for policy violations, assisting with de-escalation, and/or completing required reports in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
