As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Vehicle Documentation in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a transportation location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will assist with access control, communicate professionally with travelers and staff, and provide customer-focused support. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aviation transportation location.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned terminal areas, gates, baggage areas, parking facilities, exterior perimeters, and other designated locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
- Monitor for unusual activity, unauthorized access, suspicious items, and/or potential hazards, and report observations according to site-specific procedures.
- Respond to incidents, passenger concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate airport personnel, law enforcement, and/or emergency responders as directed.
- Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately in required reports and logs while helping to deter unauthorized activity.
Minimum Requirements:
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- This is primarily a driving post.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control/badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
