Security Officer - Warehouse Job in Fort Worth, Texas

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol CPR in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help deter security-related incidents, manage access control, and assist with badge-related procedures. You will remain visible, communicate professionally, and provide exceptional customer service while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and escalation protocols.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity; verify authorized access in accordance with site-specific procedures and assist with directing guests and employees.
- Complete accurate reports, maintain daily activity logs, and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
