As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol logistics and distribution locations to help maintain a secure environment for everyone on-site. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the facility, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver a strong presence that promotes a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will also involve providing excellent customer service and clear communication to all individuals you encounter. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual circumstances.
• Monitor access points and assist with controlling entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles, following established protocols.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or issues as required by company and site procedures.
• Support Allied Universal and the client by maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential risks within the logistics and distribution environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
