Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Job in Fulton, Missouri

As a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol in Fulton, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to alarms, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, entry points, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and verify authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicle traffic in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.
- Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while promptly communicating unusual conditions to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
Minimum Requirements:
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
