As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to individuals at the healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any irregularities.
• Observe and report security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, verifying identification, and helping to direct visitors as needed.
• Support emergency response activities by following established protocols and assisting first responders when required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations during each shift.
• Communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
