Security Officer - Dispatch

As a Security Officer - Dispatch in Goodyear, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional at a dynamic technology location, where you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, and support timely responses to security-related incidents. In this role, you will help maintain organized operations, assist with access activity, and deliver outstanding customer service. - Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, answering calls and radio traffic, and supporting security-related operations from the dispatch post.
- Monitor cameras, alarms, communication systems, and other site technology to identify unusual activity and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Dispatch personnel to incidents, service requests, and priority situations across the location, while maintaining clear communication with staff, clients, and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
- Document incidents, activity logs, maintenance concerns, and other required reports with accuracy and attention to detail, following site policies and Allied Universal standards.
- Support emergency response activities by tracking events in real time, sharing timely updates, and helping to coordinate resources during critical situations at a technology-focused location.
Minimum Requirements:
- Comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
