Security Officer - Warehouse Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Warehouse Patrol Driver in Goodyear, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct regular patrols and remain visible throughout the site to help to deter security-related incidents. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and strong communication while supporting a secure environment. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the logistics and distribution location in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution facility and its perimeter to observe for suspicious activity and help to deter unauthorized entry or actions.
• Maintain awareness of the environment and surroundings during patrols to help to deter theft, damage, or other prohibited activities.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and visitors, providing assistance or information as needed while upholding security-related procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
