Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail and mall location, where you will conduct routine driving and foot patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere for guests and tenants. Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities within a retail location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, parking areas, storefront perimeters, and other assigned locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for policy compliance, assist with crowd management during busy periods, and support a professional environment for guests and/or employees.
- Communicate with local management, tenants, and/or emergency responders as needed, provide clear incident information, and complete required reports related to daily activities and security-related events.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
