As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with employees and visitors, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate clearly. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential issues and monitor for unusual activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or hazards encountered during patrols within the manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding incidents, hazards, or other site-specific concerns as needed.
• Support access control procedures, including verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points at the location.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner as part of daily responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
