As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist in Guthrie, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support employees and visitors with strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will bring agility, reliability, and innovation to each shift while working with a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help identify security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, delivery, and/or contractor activity.
- Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift pass-down notes, and communicate important updates regarding site conditions and security-related matters.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
