What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff at the front desk while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and controlling entry and exit points.
• Provide customer service to all individuals entering the premises, addressing inquiries and offering assistance as needed.
• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies to help to deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or unusual activity to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
• Manage visitor and contractor logs, issuing badges and collecting them upon departure as required by site policies.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, including communicating with emergency services and assisting with evacuations or lockdowns if necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Must have intermediate computer skills.

• Must have exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
