As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the property. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach, assisting as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document and communicate any observations, incidents, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist visitors and tenants with inquiries or directions, maintaining a professional and approachable presence at all times.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to address security-related concerns and maintain a secure environment.
• Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
