Security Officer Full Time Clinical Job in Hollywood, Florida

As a Security Officer Full Time Clinical in Hollywood, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity and teamwork. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other guests while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies in a healthcare setting.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding property to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
- Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and emergency situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner in accordance with site procedures.
- Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, wayfinding, and adherence to facility access requirements.
- Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 21+ years of age for role.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of security related experience.
- Guard card is required.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
