As a Security Officer - Hotel Unarmed Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure and welcoming environment for guests and staff. By remaining visible throughout the property, you help to deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within the hotel and resort environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the orderly operation of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter, both inside and outside, to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any irregularities.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other areas of the property to help to deter disorderly conduct and assist guests or staff as needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and the enforcement of property rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with hotel and resort staff to provide a welcoming and secure environment for all guests and personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
