Security Officer - Residential Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Residential Patrol Driver in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for conducting routine patrols throughout a residential location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. This is a driving post, so you will patrol the premises by vehicle while engaging with residents and visitors to provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, engaging in emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within the residential location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or disturbances.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious behavior, hazards, or property damage to the appropriate personnel and Allied Universal management.
• Assist residents and visitors with inquiries and directions, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Document all incidents, activities, and observations according to site and Allied Universal procedures.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency personnel as needed, following established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
