Security Officer Driver Patrol

As a Security Officer Driver Patrol in HOPE, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access activities while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license in the job state. Our agile, reliable, and innovative team puts people first and acts with integrity.

- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production-adjacent areas, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity for authorized personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in alignment with location procedures.
- Support order at the location by communicating professionally, following post instructions, and assisting with security-related requests connected to daily operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control or badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
