As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you perform routine patrols and remain visible throughout the site. You will also provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to all visitors and team members. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential threats in the location, documenting incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and assisting visitors as needed.
• Collaborate with site management and other Allied Universal team members to address concerns and provide recommendations for security-related improvements.
• Remain visible and approachable to provide a reassuring presence for employees, visitors, and contractors in the location.
• Follow all site-specific instructions and guidelines, adapting to the unique needs of a technology, media, and telecom environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age. (preference: for unarmed roles, minimum age is 18)
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
