As a Patrol Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol food and beverage locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a visible presence. This armed and driving post requires conducting routine patrols and responding promptly to various situations, all while delivering outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location, adapting to emergencies as needed.
• Carry out regular and random patrols both inside the facility and around its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
• Respond calmly and with a problem-solving approach to incidents and critical situations as they arise.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report security-related incidents in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Maintain visible presence to assist customers, employees, and visitors with security-related concerns or questions.
• Assist in the enforcement of site rules and regulations, particularly those relevant to food and beverage environments, while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services as appropriate in response to incidents at the location.
• Document all security-related activities and incidents thoroughly and accurately as required by Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification for positions in Texas.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
