As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Assignment in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic technology location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. Guided by our agile, reliable, and innovative team, you will put people first and act with integrity each day.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a dynamic technology-focused location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
- Support daily operations by remaining visible on post, assisting visitors and employees with directions or questions, and maintaining detailed activity and incident reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
