As a Security Officer - CRE Unarmed Patrol in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors by following established security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, property damage, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and incident reports as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Work collaboratively with onsite staff and law enforcement when necessary to address incidents and/or emergencies at the location.
• Remain alert and attentive while on duty, adapting to changing environments and varying working conditions typical in commercial real estate settings.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
