Allied Universal® is seeking a Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting for roles at all levels—including director and executive positions. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles, including executive-level positions.
  • Strategic Talent Planning: Consult with senior leadership on workforce planning and succession strategies.
  • Coach & Train: Provide guidance on interview best practices, job description optimization, and social media strategies.
  • Innovative Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and multi-channel strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze market trends, applicant flow, and recruiting metrics to refine strategies.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless process from application to onboarding, focusing on quality of hire and satisfaction.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Partner with hiring managers to align candidate profiles with competency requirements and D&I goals.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve time-to-hire.
  • Program Management: Manage the summer internship program from talent selection, speaker engagements and team-building events

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field OR
    • Associate’s degree with 4+ years recruiting experience OR
    • High school diploma with 8+ years recruiting experience
  • Recruiting Expertise:
    • Minimum 2 years full-cycle exempt-level recruiting
    • Experience coaching and influencing hiring managers
    • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (preferably iCIMS)
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Self-motivated, confident, and persuasive with strong prioritization skills
    • Advanced knowledge of full-lifecycle recruiting, compliance, job analysis, and compensation trends
    • Resourceful in leveraging technology, social media, and search automation tools
    • Ability to quickly assimilate technical information and balance business needs with financial constraints
    • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills and ability to interact at all organizational levels
    • Proven track record as a talent advisor with a consultative service mindset
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
    • Critical thinking and change management capabilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master of Business Administration
  • Recruiting or Sourcing Certification (i.e., AIRS CIR etc.)
  • Formal sales training, formal advanced recruiting training

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Base salary range: $75,000 to $85,000 (based on experience level), 10% bonus opportunity
  • Medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance
  • Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days
  • Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
