As a Security Officer Corporate Office Building Concierge in Irvine, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal at a healthcare location where you will serve as the welcoming front desk presence, helping to monitor access, manage visitor interactions, and support security-related protocols with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, managing front desk activities, and supporting access control at a healthcare location.
- Monitor entrances, review identification and/or visitor records, issue access credentials as directed, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to the appropriate contact.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting details and communicating with site contacts and emergency responders when appropriate.
- Answer phones, greet incoming guests, and provide directions and/or general assistance while helping to support a professional front desk presence.
- Support security-related operations by maintaining logs, completing reports, and following post instructions for deliveries, visitor management, and after-hours entry requests.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
