As a Security Officer Healthcare Facility Patrol Responder in Irvine, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and innovation while working as part of a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, parking areas, common areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may need attention.
- Monitor access points, observe visitor and vendor activity, and help to support authorized entry procedures in accordance with property guidelines.
- Document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports, and provide courteous assistance with directions, questions, and general tenant-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
- Supervisory experience is required.
- Hospital vaccines are required.
- Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
