Security Officer Full Time Digital Reporting Patrol Job in Irving, Texas

As a Security Officer Full Time Digital Reporting Patrol in Irving, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to security-related concerns. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and observe visitor, customer, and employee activity while maintaining a professional presence and escalating concerns according to site procedures.
- Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- Hold CPR certification preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
