- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, managing front desk activity, and supporting security-related protocols for employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution location.
- Monitor access to the lobby and reception area, verify identification and visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence and reporting.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs, badge distribution records, and other front desk documentation in support of security-related and customer service expectations.
- Answer questions, provide directions, and assist with arrivals, deliveries, and general reception duties while following Allied Universal standards and site-specific policies.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Have supervisory experience.
- A guard card/license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
