As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. At Allied Universal, you will support daily operations with a caring, agile, and reliable approach, working as part of a team and acting with integrity while helping create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, shipping, receiving, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and/or observe visitor, employee, and delivery traffic in accordance with location protocols for a food and beverage environment.
- Support day-to-day operations by communicating with staff and visitors, reporting maintenance or hazard concerns, and completing required logs and incident reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
