As a Security Guard Armed CPO Patrol Driver in Jupiter, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Armed Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position calls for strong communication, professionalism, and customer service. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and coordinating with appropriate personnel and emergency responders.
- Monitor access points and support visitor, patient, and staff access procedures while maintaining a professional presence.
- Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate observations, concerns, and relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
Minimum Requirements:
- CPO is required.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- An armed guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
