Security Officer Cleared Access Patrol Driver Job in Jupiter, Florida

As a Security Officer Cleared Access Patrol Driver in Jupiter, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an unarmed officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. This driving post includes operating a vehicle in accordance with Allied Universal policy while providing professional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor and delivery records, and report access concerns according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, billing operations, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
- Complete accurate incident reports, shift logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Have at least two years of corrections,law enforcement and military experience
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Possess an active DOD Secret Clearance
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
