As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will be responsible for conducting routine patrols throughout the property to help deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind for staff, patients, and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in the job state. You will deliver exceptional customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to maintain a secure environment for patients, visitors, and employees.
• Assist with emergency response activities as needed, including supporting evacuation procedures and coordinating with first responders.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to company and client guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and the public while representing Allied Universal at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
