Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter and detect irregularities; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, visitors, and staff within the tech, media, and telecom environment.
• Support emergency response efforts and provide guidance to individuals during evacuation or critical events.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
