Security Officer Overnight Hours - Warehouse Job in Kenosha, Wisconsin

As a Security Officer in Kenosha, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and use technology to document observations. Minimum 1 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a logistics and warehouse environment.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
- Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least one year of security-related experience.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
