As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents. Your presence will provide reassurance to employees and visitors, and you will regularly interact with individuals to deliver exceptional customer service. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as they arise, and communicate clearly with team members and site personnel. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility as well as its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or potential threats in the location.
• Support access control procedures, verifying the credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises.
• Communicate clearly with team members, management, and/or emergency personnel as required.
• Document all security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with company and site policies.
• Assist with implementing evacuation or emergency protocols when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
