As a Security Officer Clearance Required Patrol Driver in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct access control activities, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a professional environment. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $23.86 / Hour

As part of our hiring process, we would like to remind you that an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance is a requirement for this position. Verification of this clearance will be conducted as part of the pre-employment screening process.   • Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
    Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

  • Valid Driver's License
    Candidates must possess a valid driver's license that complies with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This includes:
    • A current and valid license issued by the appropriate authority.
    • No significant driving violations or restrictions that would impede the ability to perform job-related duties.
  • Alarm Panel Experience (B202)
    Candidates must demonstrate experience with alarm panel systems, including installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of security protocols related to alarm systems is essential.

  • Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
    Proficiency in using computers or tablets is required. Candidates should be comfortable navigating software applications, managing emails, and utilizing digital communication tools.

  • CPR Certification (B205)
    Candidates must possess a valid CPR certification. This certification should be current and recognized by a reputable organization.

  • Customer Service Experience (B219)
    A background in customer service is essential. Candidates should have experience in interacting with clients, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service in a professional manner.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense billing operations location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout office areas, entry points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, maintain visitor records, and communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
  • Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
