Security Officer Customer Service Patrol Driver

Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. You will deliver outstanding customer service, support access activity, and communicate with professionalism while reflecting our agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first values.

- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting details to site leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance, lighting, and/or property-related concerns.
- Monitor entry points, observe activity on the property, and communicate with tenants, visitors, and/or contractors regarding site rules, visitor procedures, and access expectations.
- Support day-to-day property operations by completing incident reports, noting unusual conditions, and sharing relevant information with Allied Universal leadership and/or designated property contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
