Security Officer Dispatch Clearance Required

As a Security Officer Dispatch Clearance Required in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic aerospace and defense location as a Dispatch professional, monitoring communications, coordinating responses, and supporting security-related operations from a central post. You will help to identify issues, guide officers and/or visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities for a high-profile aerospace and defense location.
- Monitor radios, phones, alarms, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and dispatch the appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Coordinate routine and urgent responses by relaying accurate information to on-site teams, supervisors, and/or local first responders while maintaining detailed incident and activity logs.
- Support security-related operations by tracking the status of officers and/or mobile units, communicating post assignments, and reporting unusual activity or operational concerns to leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrol coordination around the business and perimeter, and communicate changing site conditions, access issues, and/or incident updates as working environments and conditions vary by location.
Minimum Requirements:
- An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
