As a Security Officer - Dispatch Top Secret Clearance in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, manage access control, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and respond to all incoming communications, including emergency calls and alarms, in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Dispatch security-related personnel to incidents and critical situations as required by site-specific protocols.
• Maintain detailed records and logs of all dispatch activities and incidents occurring at the location.
• Coordinate with on-site security-related teams to help to deter potential threats and/or unauthorized activities within the aerospace and defense environment.
• Provide customer service by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Support emergency response activities by communicating vital information to the appropriate personnel and/or authorities.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points through surveillance systems and communication channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
