As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and support daily operations through teamwork, reliability, integrity, and a people-first approach.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, warehouse access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access to the location by checking credentials, observing visitor and contractor activity, and documenting arrivals, departures, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required incident documentation.
- Maintain awareness of vehicle and pedestrian traffic around shipping and receiving operations, reporting hazardous conditions, suspicious activity, and policy violations to site leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
