As a Security Professional - Dispatch with Security Clearance in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in an aerospace and defense environment, you will play a vital role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities across the location. Your responsibilities include managing communications, supporting access control, and responding to alarms while providing outstanding customer service to all personnel. What You'll Do:

• Operate as a dispatch professional, monitoring and coordinating security-related communications and response activities within an aero and defense location.
• Receive, document, and relay critical information to appropriate personnel in a calm and problem-solving manner during incidents and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all communications, incidents, and activities as required by site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with inquiries and access, following established procedures.
• Respond to alarms, calls for assistance, and other security-related notifications by deploying appropriate resources and escalating matters as necessary.
• Work closely with Allied Universal team members and client contacts to support the overall security-related operations of the location.
• Follow all site-specific procedures and protocols, adapting to the unique environment and requirements of an aero and defense setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
