As a Security Officer Auto Patrol Driver in Ladson, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a premier automotive location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service to everyone you encounter. You will serve as a resource for visitors and staff, offering clear communication and assistance while upholding the values of agility, reliability, and innovation that define Allied Universal. As this is a driving post, a valid driver's license is required, and you will be expected to operate company or client vehicles as part of your patrol duties. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support site operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the automotive location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the automotive facility to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and first responders during emergencies or critical events.
• Remain alert and attentive while on duty to recognize and report irregularities or suspicious activities within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
