You will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related issues, assist residents and guests with service-focused communication, and report concerns with integrity. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license meeting AU Driver Policy Requirements, where teamwork, reliability, and a caring culture help you make a daily impact.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures, access control expectations, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or resident concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and communicating updates per site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter areas, observing for unusual activity and reporting hazards and/or policy issues.
• Monitor and control vehicle and/or pedestrian entry points as assigned, verifying credentials and directing traffic flow to support orderly property operations.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident reports, and communicate with property management and local responders as needed per post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
