As a Front Desk Security Professional at a financial institution location, you will provide a welcoming presence, manage access procedures, monitor activity, and assist visitors and employees with professionalism and care. You will help maintain a secure environment through clear communication, attention to security-related concerns, and exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution reception area by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control protocols.
- Greet, screen, and direct visitors; verify appointments and identification; issue visitor credentials in accordance with established policies.
- Monitor access to the facility, maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures.
- Maintain a professional front-desk presence, answer incoming calls, provide directions and information, and support a welcoming, orderly environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
