What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Monitor access at the front desk by greeting residents, visitors, and staff, verifying identification and/or visitor information, and documenting entry activity according to site policies.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency services when appropriate.
- Support a welcoming front desk environment by answering questions, providing directions, and reporting suspicious, unusual, and/or concerning activity to the appropriate personnel.
- Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation related to front desk activity, incidents, and/or security-related concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
