Security Professional Driver Patrol
As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Coordinator in Lakewood, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transit location.
- Respond to incidents, service calls, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, stations, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and public areas, assist with directing visitors and commuters, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.
- Support crowd management during peak travel periods, service disruptions, and/or public events while maintaining a professional presence and providing clear information to the public.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
- Baton certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
