Position Type: Part Time
Pay Rate: $18.52 / Hour
Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
- All candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets for email communication and other related tasks.
- Candidates may be required to complete a basic skills assessment to verify their comfort level with technology.
- Email communication should be clear, concise, and free of technical errors.
Customer Service Experience (B219)
- Candidates should possess prior customer service experience, which may be evaluated through email interactions during the application process.
- Emails should reflect a professional tone, demonstrating the ability to handle inquiries and provide assistance effectively.
- Candidates are encouraged to showcase their customer service skills through examples in their email correspondence.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a food and beverage manufacturing location.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, loading docks, and designated access points to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access control points, verify credentials as directed, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with site policies.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
- Document patrols, observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly using required reporting tools.
Minimum Requirements:
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
