Security Officer - CRE Dispatch

As a Security Officer - CRE Dispatch in Leawood, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in coordinating security-related communications and support at a dynamic commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities include monitoring systems, relaying critical information to on-site teams, and providing outstanding customer service to guests and tenants. You will help to deter incidents by maintaining clear communication channels and responding promptly to situations as they arise. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and coordinate communication between on-site personnel, emergency responders, and management using appropriate dispatch systems.
• Receive, prioritize, and document incoming calls for service and/or incidents occurring within the commercial real estate location.
• Assist in the deployment of security-related personnel to various areas within the location as needed, following site-specific procedures.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and relaying important information to staff and visitors.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, incidents, and activities within the dispatch log.
• Support Allied Universal team members in responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Communicate and collaborate with on-site teams to help to deter potential security-related issues within the property.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures when coordinating responses to routine and emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
