Security Officer - Entry Management Job in Lebanon, Indiana

As a Security Officer Entry Management in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer supporting a commercial real estate location. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and committed to integrity.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and emergency response activities.
- Monitor access points and visitor entry processes; verify credentials, issue visitor badges, maintain visitor records, and direct guests according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned commercial property areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions.
- Maintain accurate activity logs, access records, and incident reports while communicating professionally with building management and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
