As a Patrol Officer at a residential location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the community. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle while providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or disturbances.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel or authorities.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and providing directions as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and all security-related activities as required by Allied Universal and client site protocols.
• Provide visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential disruptions and provide reassurance to residents and guests.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
