You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support entrance procedures and visitor flow. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout food and beverage production and warehouse areas, including exterior grounds, loading docks, and parking areas. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Control access at vehicle and pedestrian entry points by verifying credentials, directing visitor traffic, and following sign-in and badge processes.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and other site systems when assigned, reporting irregular activity and escalating concerns per post orders.
• Perform routine foot and vehicle patrols to help to deter unauthorized access, theft, and property damage, paying special attention to restricted areas and high-value storage locations.
• Support shipping and receiving operations by observing yard and dock activity, assisting with driver check-in, and reporting suspicious behavior or policy violations.
• Complete reports and required documentation such as daily activity logs, incident reports, and maintenance or hazard observations per Allied Universal and site requirements.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and vendors, providing directions and de-escalation support when needed.
• Assist with emergency and unusual situation response, including evacuations, medical calls, and severe weather procedures, coordinating with management and public responders as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• X‐Ray Screening Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
